    The truffle is the Jewel of our woods, and let’s face it, of our tables; it is certainly one of the finest products that come from nature and not from the animal world.
    Raise your hand to those who, at least once a year, do not want to indulge in its intense aroma and taste it in a traditional dish or, why not, try a culinary “gamble”.
    There are some things, however, that perhaps not everyone knows about the world of truffles, starting with the fact that despite the fact that in many medieval paintings you can see characters walking through the woods with a pig on a leash, for some time now to look for truffles with pig or wild boar is forbidden!

      The truffle is an environmental sentinel: if there is this symbiont in a land, it means that there are no pesticides, that the land is uncontaminated. The truffle does not survive the herbicides!<\/p>
